I talked myself out of a listing in Soap Lake yesterday. acting too. Meeting prospective customers in areas that are public is a
sensible option. Discuss your business somewhere public such as a coffee shop.
It would also be helpful to have a photocopy of any of their valid I.D. One
very important tip to remember is to never go alone have someone to assist you
when you’re showing houses for sale. When making homes previewing, it is
essential to make anyone you know where you will be going and the time of your
return, it is better to take your own car too.
